We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the app and meet legal obligations. App-related store and configuration data is retained while the app is installed, and data removal requests are handled through Shopify compliance and uninstall workflows.

6. Merchant Agreement and Data Processing

By installing or using TochkaBG, the merchant agrees to this Privacy Policy and authorizes TochkaBG to process personal data strictly for delivering app functionality.

TochkaBG acts as a service provider/processor for data processed on behalf of the merchant. The merchant remains responsible for their own legal obligations toward customers, including providing required notices and obtaining any required consents.
