TochkaBG provides office pickup delivery functionality for supported couriers and related configuration features in Shopify admin.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your Shopify account, app configuration, and ensuring that your store operations comply with applicable law and Shopify policies.

3. Data Processing and Privacy

TochkaBG processes data only as needed to provide app functionality. Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for your obligations to customers, including notices, lawful processing, and consent where required.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
• Do not use the app in ways that violate Shopify terms.

5. Fees and Billing

If paid plans are offered, charges are managed through Shopify billing as presented during plan approval and subscription.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify app functionality. We may also suspend or limit access in case of abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TochkaBG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal obligations.
